Bata Industrials has expanded its range of safety shoes equipped with the Boa lacing system with the addition of two models: the Traxx 218 and 219. With the addition of these models, the total number of Boa models will now be five.

Until recently the Traxx 212, 213 and 214 made up the range of safety shoes with the Boa lacing system. Due in part to the excellent reception of this system and the fact that Traxx 213 is one of the Bata bestsellers, two new models from the S3 safety class are being added. And this is good news for wearers working in construction, among other segments. This is certainly the case when conditions not only demand footwear that is water-repellent and water-absorbent (for up to 60 minutes), but also comfortable to wear.

The models equipped with the Boa lacing system are not only praised in the market for their comfort, but also because of their attractive design and the functional advantages the shoes have to offer:

• Never thread or tie laces again. 
• One easy click will enable you to attain the perfect fastening and fit. 
• Taking the footwear on and off is quick and easy, even in the dark or when wearing gloves.

The Traxx 218 and 219 are both equipped with a FlexGuard composite mid-sole and steel toecap. The models are manufactured using full grain leather and a breathable Bata Cool Comfort inner lining. In addition, they also have TPU toecap, which prevents the leather on the toecap from getting damaged should the wearer need to crawl. The new duo is also equipped with a QuattroTech sole (for excellent anti-slip qualities in every direction), the shock-absorbing Tunnelsystem and the energy-saving Easy Rolling System.
