Bata Industrials offers a fitting solution for the welding industry with safety shoe Jumano. To support and strengthen the qualities of this shoe, Thermo HM 1 is developed. This sock, from the recently introduced sock range, is especially designed for welders.

The Jumano welders shoe is made from sturdy leather with flame-retardant and flame-resistant properties. The laceless, quick-release fastening makes it easier to remove the shoe. The triple density rubber TriTech Plus-outsole is extra wear-resistant to welding splash, lathe chips, and metal droplets, insulates against cold and heat (up to 300 degrees Celsius), and offers maximum protection from slipping, sharp objects, oils and acids.



Shoe and sock
The thick, calf-length sock Thermo HM 1, made from Zirpro virgin wool with Kermel fibre, is flame-resistant and therefore perfect for welders. This safe and yet comfortable combination complies with safety standards EN 531, A3, B3. Characteristics of the sock are:

• Good protection in extreme heat due to flame-resistant, heat-resistant virgin wool 
• Particularly long durability thanks to specially reinforced zones around the heel and toe 
• Shrink-proof and therefore easily washable in the washing machine 
• Extra comfort during wear due to the towelling sole
